Privacy
The short version: this is a static website with no tracking, and the only information we hold about you is what you choose to send us through the contact form.
What this site collects
This site is plain HTML and CSS. It runs no analytics, sets no cookies, and loads no tracking scripts, so reading these pages leaves us nothing about you.
The one place you can share information is the contact form. When you use it, you send us your name, your email address, your company if you choose to add it, and your message. That is the entire list.
Who handles it
The contact form is delivered by Formspree, a form-processing service. Your submission passes through Formspree and arrives in our inbox as an email. Formspree's handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Our pages use three typefaces served by Google Fonts. Loading a font from Google means your browser makes a request to Google's servers, and Google may log that request, including your IP address, under its own policy. If that matters to you, a content blocker that stops third-party fonts prevents it, and the site still works.
What we do with it
We read what you send, and we reply. We do not sell it, rent it, share it for advertising, or use it to build a profile of you. There is no marketing list you are quietly added to.
How long we keep it
We keep your message and contact details for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a reasonable record of who we have spoken with. Ask us to delete them and we will.
Your choices
Write to joshua@s37.ai to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also simply not use the form; there is no other way this site gathers anything about you.
Changes
If we ever add analytics or change how the contact form works, we will update this page and the date at the top. We are not planning to, but honesty means saying "if."
